The Role - Field Service Engineer, Scientific & Industrial Instrumentation
Following planned expansion, this market leading instrumentation group now seeks to recruit a technically motivated and customer focused Field Service Engineer, responsible for the planned preventative maintenance, service, breakdown and repair of their cutting edge laboratory instrumentation, used within a wide range of applications, including NDT Non Destructive Testing, RVI Remote Visual Inspection, and XRD / XRF Analytical Instrumentation.
This role is home based, and will involve travelling to a wide range of customer sites in the Midlands, ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are maintained at all times.
Your Background - Field Service Engineer, Scientific & Industrial Instrumentation
Suitable candidates for this exciting role will need to possess a qualification in electronics, engineering or science, to a minimum of ONC level, and have gained experience working in a customer facing field service or technical support environment.
Applications are welcome from Service Engineers or ex HM Forces Engineers with experience working with electronic and / or electro-mechanical equipment.
Engineers from a wide range of industry sectors are encouraged to apply, as full and comprehensive manufacturer s training will be provided.
