The RoleDue to the continued success and growth, our client has a newly created role for a HR Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. The HR Business Partner will report into the Chief People Officer and will play a pivotal role in defining processes and procedures and will support on the implementation of HR strategy. Key Responsibilities will include:
  • Provide commercial advice and guidance to the senior leadership team to drive performance and best practise
  • Work closely with the management population to develop their people capability
  • Benchmarking, comparing aspirational employers and competitors to become the employer of choice
  • End to end recruitment with a particular focus on the candidate experience ensuring a fair and concise process
  • Plan and manage talent and development approaches to achieve business objectives
  • Implement and manage an exceptional onboarding process to ensure the candidate is set to succeed in their new role
  • Act as subject matter expert to develop practical solutions to help deliver the business strategy
  • Analyse and interpret data producing detailed reports to drive key decision making
