Non Emergency Transportation Drivers

FOCI Rides 4 You™ is looking to hire qualified, dependable, hard working and courteous drivers for full time and part time positions in the area of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation. Safety, privacy and efficiency is a must. Candidates should possess the desire to be on time and ready to perform duties. Drivers will be responsible for providing safe non-emergency medical transportation of clients’ to and from their appointments through the mobility form of Ambulatory Service. Drivers should be capable of prioritizing, coordinating, and fulfilling scheduled transfers for clients in a timely, and a professional manner. Candidates should also have the capabilities to work well under pressure while encountering stressful and challenging situations, with person-to- person interaction and road/weather conditions. Driver should always adhere to the laws of the highways and byways. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY. We only employ serious and professional drivers who have the experience needed to meet the demands of the non-emergency medical transportation industry. Vehicle will be provided by the company along with gas card.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Perform assigned daily transports in SAFE and timely manner.

• Complete a daily inspection of assigned vehicle at the start and end of the day.

• Complete all paperwork required for transportation services performed or cancelled.

• Driver must comprehend and be efficient with GPS or mapping program provided.

• Driver must be courteous, patient, professional and very well groomed at all times.

Qualifications:

• GA/SC Driver License (Required)

• Clean driving record with no Points, no DUI, no Suspension(s) or Revocation within the last five years, along with no moving violation in the last five years. (A 7yr Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)will be checked for every candidate)

• Clean arrest record (Clean Criminal Background check)

• Social Security Card

• Available to work hours between 4:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• Drug screening post hiring

• Must be 29 years of age or older

• Ability to lift 50lbs

• Ability to bend, sit, reach, and assist patients

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Shifts to start as early as 4:00am)

• On call

• Weekends Occasionally

Experience:

• CDL Driving: 5+ years (Preferred)

• Van Drivers or Equivalent : 2+ years (Preferred)

• Customer Service: 2+ years (Preferred)

• Reading and following a GPS (Required)

• Must be able to work with iPad to receive customer pickup and drop off information. (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

License:

• GA/SC Driver License (Required)

• County Georgia & Richmond County Georgia

Work Remotely:

• No

Two days of training will be provided. Training will cover defensive driving, first aid, and bio spill. Complete and pass CTAA’s Passenger Service and Safety (PASS) Basic online training course.
